Photo Criteria
Fortunately or unfortunately, we moderate the photos posted to YoHottie because we don't want to be a source of pornography or offensive material. There are plenty of other websites for that. We want to have fun and be real.
So we're using the following imperfect criteria by which to judge your photos. If you have a problem with our criteria, we'd love to hear from you (email address is at the bottom of the page).
Sometimes we do mistakenly reject good photos so if you believe your photo meets our criteria, please let us know or resubmit your photo.
Good Photos
- Contain a recognizable human face
- Face must generally show at least eyes and mouth
- Not be too racy
- Should be dressed in at least beach clothing (not a nude beach!)
- Should contain a human as the focal point of the photo
Bad Photos
- Contain no human face (must see eyes and mouth)
- Contain a face that's been heavily modified beyond recognizability
- Pornography
- Advertisements
- Celebrity photos
- Copyrighted material
- Posters or comics
- Human appears asleep or unwilling participant in photo
- Shows drugs or drug paraphenilia
- Show pubic hair
- Show male erections
- Show middle fingers (the bird)
- Focal human appears under the age of 18
- Contain website addresses (we consider those ads)
- Contain email addresses, phone numbers, or other contact information
- Face is hidden by mask
- Contain babies as the focal point
- Contain a dead mammal (fish okay)
- Bad quality (highly pixelated)
Agree or disagree, those are our criteria. Like we said, if you think we're wrong about one of these points, convince us otherwise. Or send us your photo and we'll tell you why exactly it was rejected.
